You’re not alone!
Most of us are overweight at some point in our life. I am no exception. Just 5 years ago, in 2006, I weighed 274 pounds, had high blood-pressure, high-cholesterol, and pre-diabetes. Most of us know we should eat better and exercise, but the doing is never as easy as knowing. Changing the habits formed over a lifetime can be scary and intimidating, especially when we aren’t quite sure where to begin. With all the “miracle weight loss solutions” being promoted on television and in magazines, it is no wonder that people are so confused about which approach to take and what actually works. It helps to have a strategic plan of action and a support system that just won’t let you quit. That’s where I come in. I understand the struggles you face in your decision to lose weight and change your life because I have been there, in fact, this has become a lifelong journey for me.
